A Typical Day

How about some general Information...

1. The campus is quaint (built in the 50’s just like some people we know). Wear your peddle-pushers, bobby-sox,poodle skirts, pencil pants, penny loafers...just kidding! Bring your T-shirts & jeans, and good hiking shoes!Swim suits for the lake, jackets for the cool evenings, hats for the sun.

2. The chef likes people on time for meals.Listen for the clang of the dinner bell! Everyone busses their own dishes. If you want an egg or something different then what is on the menu, ask and you might get it.
* Breakfast 7:00 or 7:30 (Suggest 7:00 so you can start your meeting by 8:00)
* Lunch 11:30 or 12:00 (Suggest a 1 ½ hour lunch break to take advantage of the area)
* Dinner 5:30 or 6:00 (An earlier start gives time for planned evening events)
* Meals are buffet style. The dinner bell will clang! clang! when the meal is ready. Come 'n' get it, y'all!
3. If you find a coffee pot, coffee, sugar, creamer, or refreshments in your kitchen, they are for your use. You may want to bring along your own tea and chocolate.

4.You will be sharing a unique experience (and bathroom) with others. If you have a roommate preference, please let us know ahead of time.
5. The cottages have hot water and heat. If they are not warm enough, turn up the thermostat and make sure the register is open in your rooms.

6. If you have any questions or problems tell the Executive Director, Olivia 406-475-3638,(office) or (cell) 475-3116. If a problem arises after the office is closed, go to the caretakers cottage, Bob & Christine across the street from the office, 599-8146, or call 475-3166 for Mel (He can fix anything!...almost :).

7. The cottages have hot water and heat. If they are not warm enough, turn up the thermostat and make sure the register is open in your rooms.

8. Bring along your own goodies or beverages. Please respect the land - thank you for not littering!
9. When you leave, put your sheets and towels in the laundry bag in the closet and leave them in the living room. Please use the broom and dustpan provided to pick up trash, dirt, or debris from floors.

10. Have fun and be safe!
*Reminder - All participants must sign a liability form. Anyone who would like to ride the deer must pay a $5 fee in advance of catching and saddling the critters.
